Full-Stack Software Engineer – AI Fintech

Crediflow AI is building the autonomous AI infrastructure that powers modern commercial lending. Our platform automates 90% of the manual credit assessment and monitoring process - turning days and weeks of underwriting into minutes, from document ingestion to risk assessment and ongoing monitoring.
Our founding team combines deep AI and financial expertise from Deutsche Bank, Ford Credit Bank and DF Capital Bank, and a track record of delivering scalable systems at global scale.

We work with fintech lenders, private credit funds, commercial banks, and alternative finance providers across the UK, US, Australia and Europe.

The Role

We’re looking for a Full stack Software Engineer to build core components of the Crediflow AI underwriting and monitoring platform - including AI agents, document intelligence pipelines, risk engines, and scalable cloud architecture.

What you'll build

• End-to-end product features across ingestion, analysis, underwriting, memo generation, and real-time monitoring.
• Integrations with LOS platforms, CRMs, open banking, accounting systems, and credit bureau APIs.
• Data models and workflows across structured & unstructured financial data.
• AI agent systems automating complex credit workflows.
• Secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure powering global lenders.
• Internal tools, automation, and performance improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years software engineering experience, ideally in fintech, data, or B2B SaaS.
• Expertise building scalable backend & distributed systems.
• Solid experience with AWS services or Azure
• Experience working with LLMs, model orchestration, or data pipelines.
• Passion for craftsmanship, testing, security, and resilience.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and shipping fast.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript, React/Next.js, Python (FastAPI), PostgreSQL and API design
• Problem-solver & fast mover in a startup
• Graduate from IIT, NIT, IIIT or BITS College
