About the job
The Role
We're looking for a driven, personable Clinical Outreach Representative to help bring Fibresolve's AI-powered lung diagnostics to pulmonologists and ILD specialists across the country. This role sits at the intersection of outbound sales and marketing — you'll be calling practices, following up, and running targeted email campaigns to build awareness and drive adoption among the clinicians who need it most.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to pulmonary and ILD practices using established scripts, introducing our tools and qualifying interest
- Schedule product demonstrations and meetings between clinicians and the team
- Execute follow-up email sequences with prospective practices, maintaining consistent and timely touchpoints
- Run targeted email marketing campaigns using existing templates and our marketing platform
- Track outreach activity, call outcomes, and pipeline progress in CRM
- Provide feedback from the field on objections, questions, and clinician sentiment to inform future messaging
Minimum Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in inside sales, outbound sales, or clinical/healthcare outreach
- Proven track record of hitting call volume targets and booking meetings
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and handling objections with confidence
- Experience with CRM platforms and email marketing tools
- Strong written communication skills for professional email correspondence
- Based in the US with ability to work during standard business hours across time zones
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling or marketing to physicians, specialty practices, or within a healthcare/medtech environment
- Familiarity with pulmonology, radiology, or respiratory disease (ILD experience a plus)
- Background in SaaS, healthtech, or diagnostic tools
- Experience with apollo.io or similar marketing tools
- Comfortable working in an early-stage or startup environment with some ambiguity
