UI/UX Designer (Founding Team) - PXI LABS

About PXI LABS
PXI LABS is building a social/event product across mobile and web. The product is close to launch, and the founding team (CEO + CTO) has already built a lot. We are now looking for a UI/UX Designer to elevate the product’s visual quality, usability, and overall user experience.

What You’ll Do

• Design end-to-end user flows and interfaces for mobile and web.
• Improve usability, clarity, and consistency across key product screens.
• Create high-fidelity UI, prototypes, and handoff specs.
• Build and evolve a practical design system for fast product iteration.
• Collaborate directly with founders and engineering to ship quickly.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong UI/UX portfolio (mobile-first experience preferred).
• Product thinking: can make things both beautiful and useful.
• Comfortable with startup pace, ownership, and ambiguity.
• Strong Figma and communication skills.
• Interest in becoming a long-term core team member.

Compensation Transparency
At this stage, we cannot provide salary yet because funding is still in progress.

However, we are confident in the product and team direction, and our plan is to move to US-level salary once funding is closed.
