Inside Sales Associate - Southwest Region

We are hiring a strong inside sales associate with the "hunter closer" mentality to sell our solutions and services to startups and SMB customers across Nevada, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Idaho, Montana, Utah.

This is an inside sales role and you will be expected to work in an office location in Las Vegas metropolitan area.

Requirements:

• identify, engage, nurture and close deals
• ensure everything is in our CRM
• ensure data and reports are always available for review
• daily outreach, cold calling volume at industry standards

Compensation will depend on experience and performance. We believe is zero fluff and the candidate needs to be strongly focused on revenue growth, not "ghost pipelines".

Half of the compensation will be base salary and second half will be based on commissions on target sales quota achievement. Uncapped commissions allows you to make much more depending on your exceeding target quota.
