We are delighted to invite you to join ProLinker.com as our Chief Technical Officer (CTO). We specialize in connecting talented professionals with excellent employers throughout the USA, Netherlands, Belgium and soon worldwide.

ProLinker is your platform for hiring trusted professionals and we have more than 500.000 subscribers. We have build a unique transaction, network and reward system for freelancers.

As our new CTO, you will lead technical initiatives, code and develop innovative solutions that drive success for our company and our clients alike. You will manage a team of engineers and developers, ensuring they adhere to quality standards while working efficiently.

Our Tech: Our platform is a larger PHP project using Laravel for the front-facing parts and Lumen for the back-end parts; with also a number of proprietary layers.

We are looking for someone that is a good PHP coder with good analytical skills. Someone who reads code like a book. PHP and general programming skills/knowledge is more important than having worked extensively with Laravel or Lumen before.

Our back-end services are in Lumen and use substantial raw SQL on a PostgreSQL database. Good skills/knowledge is preferred above specific PostgreSQL knowledge.

In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and leading a high-performing tech team to drive innovation and efficiency within our freelancer marketplace. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology leadership, team management, and strategic planning. You will play a critical role in shaping our tech vision and ensuring the successful execution of our projects.
