Role Summary
Leads the development of data-driven products built on longitudinal biological datasets, including analytical pipelines, modeling, and client-facing deliverables. Responsible for translating raw data into structured insights and commercially viable outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute analyses on longitudinal biological datasets to identify patterns, signals, and potential biomarkers
• Develop statistical and machine learning models to support hypothesis generation and predictive insights
• Define core product offerings, including analysis frameworks, report structures, and data outputs
• Produce client-facing deliverables, including structured reports, visualizations, and technical summaries
• Translate complex analytical results into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborate with the business development lead to align analytical outputs with client needs and project scopes
• Continuously refine analytical workflows based on feedback from internal work and external engagements

Core Competencies

• Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn or equivalent)
• Solid foundation in statistics and data analysis
• Ability to work with real-world, imperfect datasets
• Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical audiences
• Interest in biomedical or life sciences applications

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field; OR 3+ years related experience
• Relevant experience in constructing a database/infrastructure from raw data
• Language requirement: English (required), Mandarin (preferred, not required)
• Full-time ability to work in-person with our team in NYC
• Willingness to travel occassionally to cities outside of NYC
