DeNOVO Solutions is seeking a Junior Developer to support the design, development, and deployment of modern software applications within collaborative Agile environments. In this role, you will contribute to RESTful API development, microservices-based architectures, and containerized applications while working alongside experienced engineers. A Day in the Life

• Develop and maintain software applications using Go or other modern programming languages.
• Support the design and implementation of RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Collaborate with team members using Git-based workflows including branching, merging, and pull requests.
• Assist in debugging, testing, and improving application performance and reliability.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to team-based development efforts.

What You Bring To The Table

• Proficiency with Go programming language or other modern programming languages.
• Understanding of RESTful API design and development principles.
• Strong knowledge of Git version control including branching, merging, and pull requests.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture concepts.
• Basic experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.
• Knowledge of software testing principles and debugging techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow in a team environment.
• Exposure to Angular or other modern frontend frameworks (preferably).
• Experience with Kubernetes or container orchestration platforms (nice to have).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and GitLab workflows (nice to have).
• Knowledge of Helm charts or infrastructure-as-code tools (nice to have).
• Experience with API gateways such as Traefik (nice to have).
• Exposure to distributed systems concepts (nice to have).
• Familiarity with modern development environments such as VS Code (nice to have).

What You Need

Experience: One (1) to Two (2) years of professional software development experience.

Education: Professional experience supporting software development activities.

Certifications: None

Clearance: TS/SCI with CI Poly

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 (Commensurate with experience)
