The Role
You will be responsible for designing and building scalable backend systems that power a multi-tenant, enterprise-grade platform. This includes developing APIs, managing data flows, integrating external services, and supporting AI-driven capabilities.
What You’ll Do
• Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs
• Build systems that support multi-tenant environments with strong data isolation
• Integrate with third-party platforms and external data providers
• Develop background processing workflows for asynchronous tasks
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and security in production environments
• Collaborate with frontend, AI, and product teams to deliver end-to-end features
• Implement logging, monitoring, and observability best practices
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following industry standards
Requirements
• 3–5 years of backend development experience (Python or similar ecosystem)
• Experience building RESTful APIs and distributed systems
• Strong understanding of databases (relational and/or NoSQL)
• Familiarity with asynchronous processing and job queues
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and secure system design
• Experience working in cloud-based environments
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and testing skills
Nice to Have
• Experience in fintech, lending, or regulated industries
• Exposure to AI/ML integrations or data-driven systems
• Familiarity with microservices or modular architectures
