Sales Executive (Remote / Full Time)

We seek results-driven and motivated Sales Executives to join our growing team. As a Sales Executive, you will identify and qualify leads, set up meetings, and help build a pipeline for our other executives. This role is perfect for someone eager to grow their sales career in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and qualify potential leads through outbound calls, emails, and texting.
• Collaborate with director to schedule discovery meetings and ensure a seamless handoff.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all lead interactions in CRMs.
• Develop a deep understanding of our services and communicate their value to prospects.
• Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities and adapt outreach strategies.
• Work closely with team members to share insights, refine processes, and achieve collective goals.
• Meet or exceed monthly activity targets, including outreach volume and meetings booked.
• Focus on working with clients and prospects primarily in the US & Canada.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a business development, sales, or related role.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly motivated and proven to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Experience using HubSpot, Brevo or Zoho (or a similar CRM) to track and manage activities.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and developing new relationships with potential clients.

Work Hours & Expectations
Since we deal with clients, you are expected to work 8 hours a day in IST.
*Note: Working 8 hours a day is a must & you must be 100% committed to completing your work according to the given deadlines.

Hiring Process
We believe in rewarding performance and commitment. Our hiring structure is designed to support your growth as you contribute to ours:

1. Selection Assignment: Shortlisted candidates will be given a practical task to demonstrate their sales strategy.
2. Interview: A formal discussion regarding your approach and fit within the agency.
3. Probationary Period (3 Months): A performance-focused phase with a 10% commission on all closed deals.
4. Permanent Role: Upon successful completion of probation, you will transition to a base salary of USD 900 - 1,000 per month, plus a scaled commission structure of 3% to 10% based on deal size.
