Incrosoft is a global software & outsourcing company building web, mobile, SaaS, and enterprise solutions for clients worldwide.

We are growing our brand presence and looking for a creative Influencer / Video Content Intern to help us build engaging video content across social media platforms.

As an Influencer / Video Content Intern, your main responsibility is to create and distribute short-form video content that increases Incrosoft’s online visibility, engagement, and brand authority.

You will turn ideas, updates, and services into simple, engaging, and viral-style videos for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and X.

🎬 Responsibilities

• Create short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style content) for Incrosoft
• Turn written content or ideas into engaging video scripts
• Produce promotional videos for services, hiring posts, and updates
• Edit videos with captions, transitions, and basic effects
• Create “explainer” style videos about Incrosoft services
• Repurpose company updates into video content
• Post and distribute content across social media platforms
• Increase engagement (likes, comments, shares) on company content
• Follow trending formats and adapt them for tech/startup content
• Collaborate with content writer and marketing team

🎯 Requirements

• Basic video editing skills (CapCut / Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / mobile editing tools)
• Understanding of short-form video trends (Reels/Shorts/TikTok)
• Creativity in storytelling and visual presentation
• Ability to simplify technical/business topics into easy videos
• Consistency in content creation
• Active on social media platforms
• Willingness to learn startup marketing and branding
