About the job
- Collaborate with design engineers to develop mechanical and electro-mechanical systems for advanced water treatment equipment.
- Support manufacturing by working directly on the shop floor during fabrication, assembly, and testing.
- Assist with on-site installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of equipment at client locations, ensuring smooth project delivery.
- Interpret and work with engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Work cross-functionally with design, manufacturing, and field teams to ensure feasibility, manufacturability, and operational excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement by contributing ideas for product and process enhancements.
