eCommerce Marketplace Manager
PharMeDoc Inc., one of the fastest growing companies in Los Angeles County, is looking for a full-time Ecommerce Sales Associate to join our team. Our company is an industry leader in online and wholesale bedding products with a focus on maternity and baby products. You can find us in large retail stores as well as one of the top sellers on such online marketplaces such as Amazon, Groupon and Walmart.
We are looking for someone that is detail-oriented, quick-learner, with the desire to grow to help us expand our brand and manage different online marketplaces. Someone with a positive attitude, who can manage different projects at the same time and deliver results.
The ideal candidate will be hardworking, team player and able to bring new ideas to the table.
**Responsibilities & Duties:
- Create marketing plans that enclose with brand development and marketing strategy (create and manage marketing campaigns online and ranking placement on marketplaces).
- Collaborate with team to create digital products (listings, offers, campaigns, coupons) and implement into corresponding marketplace platform or related field
- Help with ecommerce listings management and maintenance in different digital marketplaces like Walmart.com, Shopify, Macy’s, E-bay and others).
- Run reports and help analyze data from ecommerce channels and provide ongoing POS data and insight for management.
- Maximize channel performance by improving listing quality, search optimization, buyer feedback, online seller rating, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Continuous monitoring and management of online customer service including ratings, reviews, online inquiries, and responses across all online platforms.
- Build sales reports from different marketplaces and identify different trends.
**Qualifications
- E-Commerce experience required.
- Experience working with Walmart online marketplace is a plus.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced dynamic environment with changing demands and priorities.
- Quick learner and problem solver. We need someone that can adapt to new challenges and find solutions instead of focus on the problem.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office is preferred.
- Strong communication, oral and written skills. Able to communicate with the ecommerce team and different departments.
- Ability to self-manage with strong organization skills and attention to detail.
