About Carrot Funding

Carrot Funding is the first fully on-chain trader funding platform. Traders buy a challenge, prove their edge, and get funded directly from our on-chain vault. Every dollar of capital, every risk parameter, every payout is fully transparent and verifiable on-chain.

The prop trading model is proven in Web2. We're rebuilding it for DeFi with one key difference: aligned incentives. No manipulation, no artificial fails, no trust required.

We're pre-launch and moving fast. This is a ground-floor opportunity to own a critical growth function before the market knows we exist.

The Role

We're looking for a sharp, well-networked growth operator to own our affiliate and influencer channel from zero to scale. You'll identify, recruit, and activate KOLs, communities, and partners across X (Twitter), Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, Discord, and beyond -- turning their audiences into funded traders on our platform.

This is not a coordinator role. You'll build your own growth team, design your own strategies, and own your numbers end-to-end.

What you'll do

• Map and penetrate trading communities, KOL networks, and influencer ecosystems across X, YouTube, Instagram, Telegram, and Discord
• Recruit, onboard, and manage a portfolio of affiliate partners -- from micro-creators to large trading communities
• Design, test, and scale creative growth initiatives and co-marketing campaigns
• Negotiate and structure incentive deals that align partner upside with platform growth
• Build and lead your own affiliate sub-team as the channel scales
• Track performance, iterate rapidly, and report clearly on what's working
• Represent Carrot in the communities you operate in -- be a credible voice in the space

Who you are

• You have an existing network in crypto trading communities (X, YouTube, Telegram, Discord, Instagram)
• You've run affiliate, partnership, or influencer programs before (crypto experience strongly preferred)
• You're a self-starter who owns results, not activity (you measure yourself by signups and revenue, not effort)
• You understand trading culture and can speak fluently to traders and KOLs
• You're comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and building things from scratch
• DeFi/on-chain experience is a strong plus
