Partnership Manager

The Partnership Manager will own Gradely's B2B and telco partnership relationships end-to-end. You will manage existing partnerships across our telco network and aggregator partners, onboard new networks and content partners, drive subscriber growth and revenue performance, and work closely with the Senior Sales Manager and CEO on strategic opportunities.

This role operates with a high degree of independence. You will set your own weekly priorities within agreed targets, manage your own partner calendar, and be accountable for outcomes — not hours. Compensation is structured to reflect this: a competitive base salary with a meaningful performance component tied directly to the results you generate.
