Title: Data & Operations Intern (Remote)
Location: Remote (Open to US, UK, Australia)
Duration: 3 months (extendable)
Stipend: $100–200/month (or "Performance-based stipend")
About the Role
Boomerang is a fast-growing B2B data intelligence startup. We're looking for sharp, curious students who want real startup experience — not coffee runs and PowerPoints.
As a Data & Operations Intern, you'll work directly with our founding team on live client projects involving lead research, data enrichment, and workflow automation.
What You'll Do
Research and qualify B2B leads across industries using LinkedIn, Apollo, and other tools
Help build and maintain lead lists for US/EU/AUS clients
Test and QA our data enrichment pipelines
Assist with light outreach and campaign tracking
Document workflows and suggest improvements
What We're Looking For
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, CS, or related field
Strong attention to detail and comfort with spreadsheets
Curious about startups, sales tech, or data
Self-driven — we're async and remote-first
Bonus: familiarity with LinkedIn, Apollo, Clay, or any CRM
