Jr. Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Data Analyst (Contract) to support our data-driven decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to generate actionable insights that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve business performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and operations
• Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Support ad-hoc analysis and business intelligence requests
• Automate repetitive reporting processes where possible

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
• Experience with Python or R is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
