Mid-Level Fullstack Developer

VoiceHub, our platform, enables businesses to design, test, and deploy AI voice agents at scale, combining LLMs with a full voice stack including TTS, STT, copilots, speech analytics, and real-time workflows across 25+ languages.

We are looking for a Mid-Level Fullstack Developer with strong expertise in TypeScript, Next.js, and NestJS to join our growing development team. In this role, you will help build and maintain scalable applications that power real enterprise use cases, working across both frontend and backend systems to deliver reliable, high-quality products.

You will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to ship features end-to-end, improve platform performance, and contribute to systems used in real production environments.

Responsibilities

• Fullstack Development: Develop and maintain scalable fullstack applications using Next.js and NestJS.
• Backend Services: Design and implement robust APIs, backend services, and application logic that support product functionality at scale.
• Frontend Performance: Build responsive and high-quality user experiences, while optimizing frontend performance and maintainability.
• Feature Delivery: Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to take features from concept to deployment.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, testable code following strong engineering practices and modern development standards.
• Troubleshooting & Debugging: Identify, investigate, and resolve issues across frontend and backend systems to ensure reliability and smooth functionality.
• Team Collaboration: Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development workflows, standards, and team practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in fullstack web development
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Next.js, and NestJS
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth, JWT, and related patterns
• Experience with modern development tools such as Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Professional working proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively in an agile development environment

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with serverless architectures and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or React Context
• Knowledge of microservices architecture
• Exposure to DevOps practices and containerized environments
• Experience with Redis
