Role: Client Engagement Director
We’re looking for a senior operator to help organizations navigate AI transformation as a human and organizational challenge, not a technology problem.You’ll lead complex initiatives combining strategy, facilitation,, and operational execution, coordinating multi-workstream programs and cross-functional teams to create lasting change.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role, ideal for someone who has been the operational backbone of complex programs—whether in consulting, agencies, professional services, or client-side transformation offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the day-to-days of client engagements: tracking milestones, coordinating workstreams, and ensuring deliverables meet timelines.
• Support in the design and delivery of AI readiness and transformation programs for enterprise clients
• Translate strategic AI ambitions into actionable operational plans
• Act as a trusted advisor, spotting issues proactively and helping teams adapt
• Coordinate multi-workstream programs from start to finish, ensuring outcomes are delivered
• Manage delivery team with diverse skillsets: strategists, designers, content developers, facilitators, and technical specialists
• Collaborate with internal teams to build frameworks and methodologies that scale

Experience Required:

• 7+ years in professional services, consulting (senior consultant/engagement manager), advertising or communications agencies, or client-side transformation programs
• Experience leading complex, multi-workstream programs with large organizations
• Comfortable working directly with executives and managing high-stakes, cross-functional initiatives
• Skilled at bridging strategy and execution, balancing rigor with adaptability
• Curious about AI and its real-world application in business operations
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to move with conviction
