Core Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate knowledge of client organization
  • Provide support to consultant team to identify business needs and requirements of clients
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create short- and long-term plans, set targets for milestones, and meet deadlines
  • Gather and analyze information to assist with developing project plans and client deliverables
  • Analyze organizational needs to determine operational requirements as they apply to operational management systems, policies and strategic guidance
  • Support strategic decision-making, collaboration and communication, developing and supporting strategic policy development and governance, and managing complex programs
  • Assist with procedural matters, such as editing draft correspondence/material for accuracy of format, spelling and grammar and content, developing key presentations and executive summaries, and researching/preparing official correspondence/responses to audits
  • Create client materials such as agendas, meeting minutes, and presentations to present information in a clear and concise manner
  • Assist in leading and facilitating discussions, and facilitating workshops or seminars as needed
  • Monitor and track project progress
  • Prepare and present project status reports to clients and project teams
  • Manages time and prioritizes tasks efficiently
  • Provide ongoing support for projects by managing documentation, timelines, and communication

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field required
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in supporting projects and providing operational and administrative support
  • Experience gathering data and creating presentations required
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with various stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Work Authorization/Security Clearance

This position requires the employee to be a US Citizen and the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Work Environment

Work will be done in an office setting/environment and will need to constantly operate a computer and other office equipment. The person in this role will need to have the ability to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time and occasionally will need to move about inside an office environment. This position frequently communicates with other employees and external stakeholders. The person needs to have the ability to accurately exchange information in these settings
