We are looking for a highly specialized Sales Engineer / Solutions Consultant to be the technical driver of our RevOps practice.Your mission is to partner with our Account Executives to discover client friction points within their entire revenue engine (Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success). You will demonstrate how a unified, custom-built system on monday.com, deeply integrated through Make.com, and supercharged by Agentic AI will eliminate data silos, accelerate workflows, and deliver measurable ROI. You are the system builder and storyteller who proves the vision of a truly optimized revenue lifecycle.Your Role in the EcosystemYou are the crucial link between the Client's RevOps Challenge and the Technical Solution Architect.
- The Sales Engineer: Diagnoses broken RevOps processes, customizes the monday.com platform for a "Wow" demo, and showcases the power of integrated, system-level automation via Make.com.
- The Solutions Architect: Validates the technical solution, secures API integration logic, and builds the "How" blueprint for the final RevOps system implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- RevOps System Discovery & ROI Engineering
- Lead technical discovery sessions focused on analyzing end-to-end revenue workflows, identifying platform gaps, and quantifying the financial impact of current process "bottlenecks."
- Pinpoint high-leverage use cases for Make.com integrations to ensure seamless data flow between monday.com and critical systems (CRMs, ERPs, Marketing Automation).
- Platform Integration Mastery (Demos & POCs)
- Build and deliver high-impact, customized demonstrations that illustrate a unified RevOps system on monday.com, making complex, multi-system automations via Make.com look simple and intuitive.
- Develop Proof of Concept (POC) environments showcasing advanced Make.com scenarios, including the use of "AI Agents" to automate complex decision-making within the revenue workflow.
- System Scoping & Architect Collaboration
- Partner with the Solutions Architect to translate "Client Revenue Goals" into "Technical System Requirements."
- Ensure the Statement of Work (SOW) accurately reflects the scope of platform customization, complex Make.com integration logic, and the associated data models.
- Market Intelligence
- Act as the subject matter expert on the monday.com platform's RevOps capabilities, the full suite of Make.com connectors, and emerging trends in integrated business systems.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ Years of Pre-Sales Experience: Proven track record in a Sales Engineering or Solutions Consulting role, with a strong focus on selling business systems (RevOps, CRM, ERP).
- Platform & Integration Fluency: Deep, demonstrable working knowledge of monday.com as a central RevOps platform and expert-level proficiency in Make.com for complex, multi-step integration and automation.
- The "RevOps" Mindset: You don't just demo features; you design and sell integrated business solutions that optimize the entire revenue funnel.
- Collaboration Skills: Experience working alongside a Solutions Architect to finalize the scope of complex systems and integrations.
- Presentation Excellence: Capable of presenting sophisticated Make.com integration strategies and the concept of a unified monday.com RevOps system to both Executive and Technical IT stakeholders.

Salary : $75,000- $85000 USD + Commission + Benefits
