⚠️ Note:
A 2-year commitment is required, and passport submission is mandatory after relocation to Dubai.

🧑‍💼 Key Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Monster, and professional forums
• Handle IT, Non-IT, Fintech, and BFSI recruitment
• Design and update job descriptions
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Manage the offer process and onboarding
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
• Negotiate offers and close candidates effectively

✅ Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
• Strong experience in candidate sourcing and screening
• Ability to negotiate and close candidates
• Passport is mandatory
• Candidates can be based anywhere in India
