At viaSocket, we are building an AI-centric workflow automation platform with a marketplace of 10,000+ SaaS apps.
Each app we integrate becomes part of a growing ecosystem that helps businesses automate their work. As our platform expands, strong communication and storytelling about the product becomes critical.
We are looking for a Social Media Intern who is creative, proactive, and excited to build the voice of a growing SaaS platform online.
This is not a role where you just post content and wait. This is a role where you actively contribute ideas, experiment with content formats, and help us grow our presence across platforms.

What You’ll Actually Do

You will work closely with the marketing, product, and design teams to create and manage content across our social platforms.

You will:

Create engaging social media posts for platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other channels

Write short-form content explaining product updates, integrations, and features

Help plan and schedule social media calendars

Monitor engagement and respond to comments or messages

Research SaaS trends and create content around them

Assist in creating short videos, carousels, and social media posts

Track performance of posts and suggest improvements

This role is not just about posting content — it’s about helping build a recognizable voice for viaSocket in the SaaS and automation space.

Has strong writing and communication skills

Understands social media trends and content formats

Is curious about SaaS, startups, and AI tools

Enjoys creating content and experimenting with ideas

Can take ownership of tasks and follow through

Is organized and able to manage multiple small tasks
