Your job: Make outbound calls, present our solution, close deals.

WHAT YOU'RE SELLING:

COMPENSATION:
Pure commission structure with performance tiers:
Tier 1 (Clients 1-5):

• 20% of setup fee ($3,500) = $700 per client
• Monthly potential: $2,800-$3,500/month Tier 2 (Clients 6-15):
• 22% of setup fee = $770 per client
• PLUS 10% of monthly recurring (ongoing - as long as client stays)
• Monthly potential: $4,500-$8,000/month + growing residuals Tier 3 (Clients 16+):
• 25% of setup fee = $875 per client
• PLUS 15% of monthly recurring (ongoing - as long as client stays)
• Monthly potential: $8,000-$12,000/month + significant residuals Example earnings trajectory:

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

1. Make outbound calls to businesses (B2B cold calling)

3. Demo our AI agent (they call it live, hear the quality)
4. Present ROI using our proven scripts
5. Handle objections (we train you on all common ones)
6. Close deals (strong ROI makes closing easier) This is outbound B2B sales. You'll be prospecting and closing. Average sales cycle: 1-7 days from first contact to close

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Proven B2B sales experience (SaaS, tech, or business services)
• Commission-driven (you're motivated by earning potential, not hourly wages)
• Comfortable with cold calling (this is outbound prospecting)
• Self-motivated (fully remote, you manage your own schedule)
• Coachable (we provide scripts and training, you execute) BONUS if you have:
• Experience selling to small/medium businesses

• Track record of closing $3k-$10k deals
• Cold calling experience
