Role Overview
As a Security Specialist Intern, you will work closely with the technical and product teams to strengthen the security posture of our platform. You’ll help identify vulnerabilities, improve system protection, and ensure best practices are implemented across our infrastructure.

What You’ll Do
Conduct basic security audits and vulnerability assessments
Assist in implementing security best practices
Monitor systems for potential risks or threats
Support secure API and backend architecture reviews
Help create internal security policies and documentation
Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity trends

Preferred Skills
Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals
Familiarity with web application security (OWASP Top 10)
Basic knowledge of network security concepts
Experience with security tools or testing frameworks is a plus
Knowledge of cloud security (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a bonus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
