UI/UX Designer (0–2 years' experience-AI Figma Make, generative design tools ( Intern can apply)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer (0–2 years experience) who is passionate about leveraging AI-powered design tools to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is hands-on, experimental, and excited about using AI (e.g., Figma Make, generative design tools) to accelerate design workflows and enhance creativity.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing user experiences for our AI-powered talent platform
• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes using tools like Figma
• Use AI tools (e.g., Figma Make, generative UI tools, AI prototyping tools) to rapidly generate and iterate design concepts
• Support user research activities such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing
• Translate product requirements and AI insights into simple, intuitive interfaces
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and AI teams
• Contribute to building and maintaining design systems and UI components
• Create visually appealing and consistent designs across the platform
• Iterate designs based on feedback and data insights

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Figma (must-have); familiarity with Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools is a plus
• Strong exposure to AI-powered design workflows (e.g., Figma Make, Galileo AI, Uizard, Midjourney for UI inspiration, etc.)
• Understanding of basic UX principles: usability, accessibility, and information architecture
• Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• AI-Driven Design Mindset
• Experience using AI tools to Generate UI concepts and layouts, Speed up design iterations, and Assist in user research or insights synthesis
• Curiosity and willingness to experiment with emerging AI tools
• Basic knowledge of Responsive web design, HTML/CSS fundamentals, and Component-based design systems
• Understanding of design handoff to developers

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in UI/UX design (internships/freelance included)
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Design, HCI, or related field
• A portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects (academic, freelance, or personal)
• Use of AI tools in the design process (strong plus)
• Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment
