Commercial Roofing Project Manager

We are seeking a Commercial Roofing Project Manager to oversee complex projects across the Carolinas and Virginia; but mainly in the Guilford, Forsyth, and Rockingham County areas. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of multiple commercial roofing projects with a focus on technical accuracy

• Apply traditional, time-tested roofing concepts to modern challenges

Requirements:

What we look for in new team members-

• Minimum 3 Years Commercial roofing experience
• Strong work ethic
• Valid Driver’s License
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• The selected candidate will be required to pass a criminal history background check

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in commercial roofing or construction project management
• A preference for technical, data-heavy work over social-heavy roles
• Comfortable with a straightforward, sometimes confrontational communication style when facts are at stake
• Ability to work independently in the field while adhering to company structure
