What You Will Be Doing:
As a member of our Solution Architect team, you must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. This role serves customers and potential clients by helping confirm their needs, confirming the specific configuration of RegEd products (in conjunction with existing products), and by representing RegEd as a product expert. This role is responsible for actively driving and managing the specific configuration requirements to ensure the proper RegEd solution is identified, sold, contracted and implemented. The Solution Architect will work in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate for products.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordinating with the sales rep to best understand the client’s specific business need, solution requirements, and pain points to establish a clear solution configuration with detailed pricing.
- Responsible for representing the product to customers and delivery of product demonstrations.
- Assist in the responding to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs, with a key focus on partnering with the sales rep to formulate a strong strategy for the proposal response
- Orchestrate and manage any Proof of Concepts (POCs) that are required in the enterprise sales cycle
- Ability to travel through the assigned sales territory
- Support RegEd sales representatives and their sales cycles
- Attend and participate in client meetings (exploratory calls, demos and presentations)
- Create documentation of potential client configuration requirements, including customization needs, requests for enhancements and identification of price points.
- Generate documentation of meeting notes and tracking of meeting takeaway assignments
- Participate in the review of client proposals for specific customer requirements
- Assist in the review of contracts to ensure the proper configuration is documented
- Support the transition from the sales process through to the implementation process for optimal knowledge transfer.
- Maintain a technical knowledge of the RegEd product line and the financial services industry
- Contribute to product management roadmap development by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed to ensure sales success
- Keep informed on industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about legacy, existing, and emerging technologies, and the latest product-line developments.
- Collaborate with marketing and product management in the prioritization and/or development of various sales tools
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Extensive experience within financial services, compliance/risk management
- Technical and/or project management experience or other successful client-facing experience .
Nice To Have:
- Knowledge of the financial services / insurance / securities compliance industry’s concepts, practices, and procedures a plus.
- Masters' Degree in a related field

Pay Transparency:
The compensation range for this position is $75,000 - $225,000.
RegEd takes a market-based approach to pay. Your actual pay is based on your unique background, pertinent experience, work location and qualifications. In addition to competitive base pay and bonus program participation, RegEd’s total compensation package also includes our comprehensive benefits package in addition to vacation, sick , volunteer time off and paid parental leave.
