Investors Title is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Product Enhancement team within Software Development. This role is responsible for driving quality across both new feature development and production support initiatives. You will operate with a high level of autonomy, partnering closely with Engineering, Product, and Delivery to ensure reliable, well-tested releases in a Microsoft-based environment.

What You’ll Do

• Own quality outcomes for assigned products and initiatives, ensuring features meet functional, integration, and non-functional requirements
• Design, maintain, and execute test plans, strategies, test cases, and test scripts validating complex application workflows
• Perform application, web, API, and data validation testing to ensure system accuracy, reliability, and performance
• Contribute to and enhance automated testing frameworks to improve regression coverage and efficiency
• Support CI/CD pipeline integration and test management within Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Use advanced SQL skills to validate data integrity, execute complex queries, and troubleshoot cross-environment issues
• Validate integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms including Salesforce, NetSuite, and related services
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineers, and Delivery Managers during sprint planning, refinement, reviews, and release decisions
• Identify risks early and recommend mitigation strategies to protect release quality
• Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to strengthening QA standards, processes, and best practices

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years of experience testing complex, component-based and web-based applications
• Strong experience with both manual and automated testing methodologies
• Advanced SQL expertise for data validation and troubleshooting
• Experience testing APIs and backend services
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) for test management and defect tracking
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum and Microsoft .NET environments
• Exposure to SnapLogic pipelines is a plus
• Experience with insurance, financial, accounting, or other regulated systems preferred
• Experience testing Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar enterprise platforms
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business impact
