What is expected from you-

• Designing and building scalable, maintainable frontend architectures for production systems
• Owning features end-to-end—from technical design to polished user experience
• Collaborating closely with product, design, and backend teams to turn ideas into high-quality interfaces
• Leading decisions around state management, data flow, and performance trade-offs
• Building and evolving shared components and design systems used across the product
• Writing clean, well-typed, and well-tested code that’s easy for others to understand and extend
• Identifying performance bottlenecks and proactively improving frontend reliability and speed
• Setting and upholding frontend best practices, code quality standards, and review culture
• Debugging production issues efficiently and improving observability over time
• Mentoring other engineers and contributing to a strong, thoughtful engineering culture

What We’re Looking For-

• You don’t need to use every library under the sun—but you must understand the ecosystem deeply.
• Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend patterns
• Production experience with Next.js (App Router preferred)
• Deep understanding of state management, data fetching, and caching strategies
• Experience building component-driven UIs and design systems
• Strong command of CSS-in-JS / utility-first CSS and responsive design
• Solid understanding of forms, validation, and complex UI flows
• Comfortable with frontend performance optimization
• Experience with testing UI components and flows
• Familiarity with authentication, error monitoring, and production debugging

Good to Have-

• Experience with data-heavy UIs (tables, virtualization, dashboards)
• Exposure to charts, visualizations, or drag-and-drop interactions
• Experience integrating AI-powered UI features\
• Prior experience as a Frontend Lead / UI Architect
