*Position: HR Intern (Talent Acquisition & Operations)
Location: New Delhi (Hybrid : Only come on saturdays when asked)
Duration: Internship (with Prospect of Pre-Placement Offer)
Stipend: ₹5,000 per month
PPO: Offered based on performance
Eligibility: Students pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields

Role Summary
As an HR Intern, you will support the talent acquisition and HR operations function at EDXSO. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment processes, candidate management, HR coordination, and market research within a growing consultancy environment.
You will work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth hiring operations while developing practical skills in communication, organization, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
- Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and coordinate interview schedules
- Create and post job openings on various platforms and track application responses
- Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience
- Manage and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Conduct market and industry research to support recruitment strategy improvements
- Provide administrative support, including interview scheduling, documentation, and event coordination
- Demonstrate resourcefulness by proactively identifying solutions and learning independently
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with HR tools or software is a plus
