Project Manager - Construction

Description

The Waldinger Corporation is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Des Moines office. This role is ideal for a technically proficient professional who excels at leading small to mid-sized projects from start to finish while building strong relationships with clients and team members.

What You'll Do

• Lead Project Execution: Coordinate team members and resources for small to mid-sized projects from initiation through closeout
• Drive Planning & Collaboration: Facilitate project meetings with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to establish clear goals and objectives
• Ensure Project Success: Take ownership of project outcomes including safety, quality, financial performance, and client satisfaction
• Manage Financials: Oversee budgets across multiple simultaneous projects, allocate resources effectively, mitigate risks, and drive revenue generation

What You Bring

• 3-5 years of construction management or estimating experience
• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field or related area
• Willingness to travel occasionally
• Strong technical ability and interpersonal skills
