Routin is a live mobile life operating system. We help people build better habits, track daily routines, and manage tasks through gamification and AI. We launched our product and now focus entirely on scaling customer acquisition.

About the Role

We need a Marketing Intern to drive customer acquisition, run growth tests, and scale our user base. You will work directly with the founder to turn traffic into active users.

What You Will Do

• Run acquisition campaigns across social media, online communities, and referral channels.
• Optimize onboarding flows and talk to active users daily.
• Test growth ideas, track signups, and measure conversion metrics.
• Support creator partnerships and community outreach.
• Gather user feedback to guide product and marketing choices.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong interest in marketing, startup growth, and tech products.
• Comfort talking to people online via DMs, emails, and community groups.
• Curiosity, drive, and willingness to run fast experiments.
• Strong organization skills and follow-through.
• Basic grasp of digital marketing or growth loops.
• No prior startup experience is required. This is a learning-first role.

Internship Details

• Compensation: Unpaid. This is a learning-first role with potential to transition to a paid position based on performance.
• Time Commitment: 10 to 15 hours per week.
• Location: Fully remote.
• Equity: None offered at this stage. We share this upfront to respect your time.
