Brief Description

Barton & Loguidice, D.P.C., is a growing, multi-disciplined consulting firm of professional engineers, environmental professionals, and planners with more than 400 employees that have been meeting the needs of municipal, industrial and institutional clients across the northeast and mid-Atlantic for over 60 years. We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated CT Licensed Environmental Professional (LEP) to serve as a Project Manager in our Environmental practice area to be based out of our Glastonbury, Connecticut office. We promote a family-oriented culture and proudly focus on supporting innovation and team growth to provide inspired solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities Will Include

We are seeking an experienced seller-doer environmental Project Manager with responsibilities including, but not limited to:

  • Project coordination and oversight for all types of environmental projects including, but not limited to, environmental compliance, environmental assessments and due diligence projects, environmental monitoring projects, tank closures, spill investigations, environmental remediation, industrial stormwater, MS4, construction stormwater, chemical and petroleum bulk storage compliance, environmental permitting, solid waste permitting and compliance, and other related services for municipal and private clients.
  • Strong project management skills – organization, time management, budget effectiveness, and resources management.
  • Direct staff supervision, development, mentoring, and leadership.
  • Business development to support a growing team of environmental professionals.
  • Client and vendor communications.

Requirements

  • Candidates should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in environmental engineering, environmental or natural resources, geology, or related discipline.
  • CT Licensed Environmental Professional (LEP) required.
  • Relevant experience in a fast-paced, consulting position is required.
  • Extensive site assessment and remediation experience desired.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Estimated Pay Range: $120,000 - $150,000/year.

Actual compensation may vary based on related work experience, geographical location and market conditions, education/training, certifications, and other credentials, as well as applicable knowledge and skills.
