About Us

We're building the world's first transparent entertainment studio—a new model where audiences participate in production, creators own their platforms, and every transaction is verifiable. Our flagship film is currently in production with a recognizable cast, and our proprietary Studio OS already replaces 13+ tools for production management, creator payments, and community engagement.

This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape marketing strategy at an entertainment company that's rewriting how content gets made, funded, and distributed.

The Role

We're looking for a CMO who can build and own our entire marketing function from the ground up. You'll develop go-to-market strategies for our film releases, grow our creator and audience communities, and establish Gratwick as the category leader in transparent entertainment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for film releases, Studio OS platform, and company brand
• Build and grow creator and audience communities across social, email, Discord, and emerging platforms
• Lead content marketing, PR, and thought leadership to establish category authority
• Design and optimize user acquisition funnels for both creators and audiences
• Partner with product to drive Studio OS adoption and engagement
• Build marketing infrastructure, analytics, and attribution systems from scratch

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years in marketing leadership, ideally in entertainment, media, or consumer tech
• Experience building marketing functions at early-stage companies (seed through Series B)
• Proven track record growing engaged communities and audiences
• Strong analytical skills with experience in growth marketing and attribution

Compensation

• Meaningful equity stake in a pre-seed company
• Deferred salary with defined payment triggers tied to funding milestones
