Backend Developer

We’re looking for a skilled Backend Developer with strong experience in Django to help us build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems. You’ll work closely with product, frontend, and data teams to design APIs and power core platform functionality.

What you’ll do:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python & Django
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs
• Ensure performance, security, and scalability of backend systems
• Collaborate with frontend and product teams to ship features end-to-end
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years of experience with Django / Django REST Framework
• Strong understanding of backend architecture and API design
• Experience with databases, ORM, and query optimization
• Familiarity with authentication, permissions, and security best practices
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Startup mindset: ownership, speed, and problem-solving

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
• Exposure to DevOps, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines
