About SALUS
SALUS is building the operating system for wellness professionals — starting with personal trainers and coaches. We’re combining scheduling, payments, client management, and AI-powered support into one clean, design-forward platform.
We’re early, focused, and execution-driven. The immediate goal is to ship a tight MVP and iterate fast with real users.
The Role
We’re looking for one exceptional full-stack engineer to own the product build end-to-end.
This is a founding-level role. You won’t be joining a large dev team — you are the dev owner. You’ll work closely with the founder, PM, and design lead to turn polished designs into a production-ready product.
This role is for builders who like ownership, speed, and clarity — not hand-holding or bureaucracy.
What You’ll Do
Own the full-stack development of the SALUS MVP
Build frontend and backend features from high-fidelity designs
Make pragmatic technical decisions that optimize for speed and reliability
Ship continuously with tight feedback loops
Collaborate closely with product and design
Set up clean, simple infrastructure that can scale later
Take responsibility for outcomes, not just tickets
What We’re Looking For
Required
Strong full-stack experience (frontend + backend)
Comfortable owning a product solo
High responsiveness and clear communication
Bias toward action and shipping
Able to work with ambiguity and evolving requirements
Nice to Have
Experience with modern web stacks (React Native / Next.js, Node, Supabase, etc.)
Experience with auth, payments, and basic infra
Product intuition and attention to UX details
Prior startup or solo-builder experience
How We Work
Small, focused team
High trust, high accountability
Clear priorities, short execution cycles
Minimal meetings, no process theater
You own what you ship
First 30–45 Days
Ramp on product vision and design system
Ship core MVP flows (auth, scheduling, payments, client management)
Help define what “v1” actually means
Establish a solid foundation for iteration
Why Join
Real ownership and influence over the product
Direct access to founder and decision-making
Design-led product with clear scope
Opportunity to grow with the company post-MVP
How to Apply
Send:
A short intro
Links to products you’ve built or owned
A brief note on how you’d approach shipping an MVP largely solo
No cover letters required.
If you’ve shipped a product end-to-end largely on your own, we want to talk.
