Role Description:

We’re looking for an Node.js Developer with a strong backend focus. You’ll work closely with frontend developers, designers, and product teams to build scalable APIs, manage cloud-based infrastructures, and occasionally contribute to Flutter-based front end development. This is a great role for someone who loves working across the stack and wants to build real-world solutions that impact users directly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js.
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performance server-side applications.
• Collaborate with frontend (Flutter) and product teams to define and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Optimize backend performance and database queries for speed and reliability.
• Manage and integrate cloud-based services (primarily AWS) to support backend operations.
• Occasionally assist in Flutter-based development for mobile/web, contributing to full-stack solutions.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Node.js development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js frameworks like Express.js.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and integration with frontend applications.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other relational and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with AWS services (e.g., Lambda, RDS, S3) and deploying backend applications in cloud environments.
• Basic knowledge of Flutter and Dart to collaborate effectively with frontend teams.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and backend testing frameworks.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while contributing to a collaborative engineering team.

Nice to Have:

• Experience building serverless applications (e.g., AWS Lambda, DynamoDB).
• Knowledge of security best practices in backend and API development.
• Exposure to fintech applications, compliance, and data protection requirements.
• Previous experience with complex databases and real-time data streams.
