Growth Marketing Associate (Social Media)

About the role
You’ll help grow Zophee through social channels like Instagram and TikTok. This role is hands-on. You will plan, create, and publish content, not just suggest ideas. You’ll work closely with the founder and move fast.

What you’ll do

• Create and publish social media posts across Instagram and TikTok
• Design simple visuals and short-form videos using common creator tools
• Write captions aligned with the brand voice
• Research trends, formats, and hooks that perform
• Maintain a consistent posting cadence
• Track engagement metrics and adjust based on what works

What we’re looking for

• Ability to create posts end to end, from idea to publish
• Comfort using tools like Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, AI Video Makers or similar
• Strong sense of social media timing and tone
• Reliability and follow-through
• Willingness to test, iterate, and learn fast

Nice to have

• Experience running a personal or brand account
• Basic understanding of analytics
• Interest in self-development or wellness products

Compensation and Structure

• Equity based, available after a short trial period for high-ownership contributors
• ~5 to 10 hours per week to start
• Fully remote
