Job Description:-
We are seeking a React Native Engineer with deep expertise in building cross-platform mobile applications. This role involves architecting scalable mobile solutions, optimizing performance, mentoring junior developers, and leading the development of high-quality, user-centric apps.

Key Responsibilities:-

Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android
Build and enhance responsive, user-friendly web applications using React.js
Create reusable, modular components and shared libraries across mobile and web platforms
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver engaging educational features
Integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints to ensure smooth data flow between frontend and backend systems
Optimize applications for performance, speed, and scalability to handle high user traffic
Implement modern state management solutions such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API
Ensure app quality through unit testing, integration testing, and debugging
Manage app release cycles for App Store and Play Store, including versioning and updates
Maintain code quality through peer reviews, documentation, and adherence to coding standards
Stay current with the latest trends in React Native, React.js, and the broader EdTech ecosystem

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in frontend and mobile application development
Strong hands-on experience with React Native (minimum 6–12 months)
Proficiency in React.js for building web applications
Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
Experience with iOS and Android platform fundamentals, native modules, and bridging concepts
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party integrations
Knowledge of Push Notifications, Deep Linking, Offline Storage, and App Permissions
Experience with app deployment on App Store and Google Play Store
Familiarity with version control systems like Git
Understanding of performance optimization techniques for mobile and web applications
Exposure to testing frameworks such as Jest, Detox, or React Testing Library

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in an EdTech or consumer-facing product environment
Familiarity with React Native Reanimated, React Native Gesture Handler, and React Navigation
Knowledge of modern React.js patterns including Next.js, server-side rendering, and static site generation
Experience with Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Analytics)
Understanding of native development in Kotlin, Swift, or Java is a plus
Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Fastlane, Bitrise, or AppCenter
Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices for inclusive app design
Experience with analytics and tracking tools such as Mixpanel, CleverTap, or Firebase Analytics
