What are duties/skills required:
- Operate and monitor batch processing and system performance in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in conducting batch operations support, analysis and troubleshooting
- Maintain and update batch processing documentation
- Coordinate support activities with other internal and external users
- Collaborate with Data Transmission Engineers to support the execution of project implementation activities.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Required to work from IC office Bangalore
Qualifications for Consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a data operations analyst role
- Working knowledge of: Autosys, AIX, Linux, Perl, Shell Scripting, SFTP, Connect Direct/NDM, Jira, ZenDesk
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven ability to multi-task priorities.
