We are seeking a deeply committed and forward-thinking executive VOLUNTEER to join our Board of Directors and help lead Six Beats Of Separation®,* the charity you can dance to...*a 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Organization. This role is critical as we scale our unique model of perpetual philanthropy.

Our mission is to educate, inspire, enlighten, and unite people by instilling in them the importance and power of sharing. We operate under the belief that Sharing is humanity's most powerful asset, asserting that without sharing, nothing—not even life itself—is possible.

You will contribute to a model designed for long-term sustainability and impact.
• Perpetual Revenue Stream: Our celebrity-driven media content creates a perpetual revenue stream for charitable causes.
•** The 100% Model:** Our operational costs aim to be covered entirely by corporate sponsors and select High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI). This means 100% of the net proceeds from the sale of our prints, posters, and streaming revenue goes directly to the charities chosen by our guests.
•** High-Caliber Team:** You will join an extremely storied, experienced, and award-winning team, including six board members and ten advisory board members with accolades like Emmys and Grammys. Our current board includes experts in music direction (Prince's former Music Director Morris Hayes), technology and marketing (Peter Mahoney), and digital media/distribution (Kevin King).

What We Need in a New Board Director:
We are looking for an actionable, impact -driven, successful, well-connected soul who can bring their expertise to support the mission, and fill the shoes of our Co-Founding Board Secretary, Brian Lampl.
