Typescript Performance Engineer (Trading System)

Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement high-frequency data pipelines in the browser, handling live order books, tick-level price updates, and streaming analytics with sub-millisecond rendering.

We Look For:

• Expert in TypeScript, including compiler internals, advanced type systems, and runtime optimizations in modern JS engines (V8, etc.)
• Strong understanding of algorithmic complexity and data structures as applied to front-end problems (sorting, caching, diffing, state reconciliation).
• Demonstrated experience with performance profiling and tuning — e.g., flame charts, memory snapshots, micro-optimizations, and async queue analysis.
• Deep familiarity with browser execution models, including event loops, rendering pipelines, and reflow/repaint cycles.
• Proficient in network performance optimization — leveraging HTTP/2+, compression, edge caching, and adaptive data fetching strategies.
• Experience with high-concurrency UIs (e.g., data visualization dashboards, financial terminals, real-time collaboration tools).
• BSc in math, physics, or computer science. Prior experience with Rust, C++, or systems-level performance tuning is a significant plus.
