UX / UI Designer

We’re a Munich-based early-stage startup with 1,000+ users worldwide, making group trip planning simple. You can plan Primavera Sound, Oktoberfest, Bachelorette party or WebSummit Conference with FlowTrip - or basically anything else.

We’re now looking for a UX/UI Designer to take our product to the next level - someone who can transform a working MVP into a world-class mobile experience users will love to show off.

What You’ll Do

Own the end-to-end UX/UI of FlowTrip (mobile + web) - from research to final Figma designs
Elevate our visual identity and user experience to world-class consumer app standards
Conduct user testing and iterate fast based on feedback and analytics
Help shape FlowTrip’s brand, tone, and product feel across all touchpoints

Who You Are

You’ve designed B2C apps (ideally social, travel, or lifestyle) that made users say “wow”
Strong command of Figma, prototyping tools, and modern mobile design systems
Passionate about creating emotional, engaging experiences - not just screens
Hands-on: you love to design, test, and ship — not just oversee
Entrepreneurial mindset - ready to shape a startup from the ground up
Bonus: experience with motion design, brand design, or UX writing
