We’re a Munich-based early-stage startup with 2,000+ users worldwide, making group trip planning simple. You can plan Primavera Sound, Oktoberfest, Bachelorette party, WebSummit Conference with FlowTrip - or basically anything else.

If you love travel, social media, 0 -> 1, and creative storytelling, this is your chance to join early and shape FlowTrip’s future.

- Live product with active users and 200 trips planned to Oktoberfest only
- 2 Partnerships (15k Music festival in Italy) and 3 in pipeline
- Bootstrapped

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Build and own FlowTrip’s growth strategy across TikTok, Instagram, and other channels
• Create viral campaigns and partnerships with festivals and creators
• Manage user acquisition, retention, and brand storytelling
• Experiment with ads, content, and community to drive downloads and engagement
• Travel to partner music festivals and/or conferences

✈️ What You Bring

• B2C Mobile Apps Marketing experience
• You have already grown Insta/TikTok account from 0 -> 50k
• You understand growth loops, content, and user psychology
• Experience running social or paid campaigns (bonus: travel or consumer apps)
• You have worked in early stage startups
