Volunteer – Human Resources Recruiter (Unpaid)

At Living Stones Foundation, we are looking for enthusiastic Human Resources volunteers who want to gain experience in international recruitment and contribute to our mission of driving social transformation across Latin America, the United States, and Europe.

If you are a student, recent graduate, or professional seeking experience, and you want to learn, grow, and collaborate with a global network of volunteers, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities:

Support recruitment processes for volunteers and professionals.

Conduct interviews in Spanish and English (preferred).

Assist with the use of work tools (Slack, Notion, and G-Suite).

Contribute ideas and best practices for talent acquisition.

Help strengthen the volunteer experience within the foundation.

Requirements:

Reside in Latin America.

Student of Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.

Native Spanish speaker with intermediate/advanced English (preferred).

Basic knowledge of digital tools (Slack, Notion, G-Suite).

Flexible availability.

Effective communication, proactivity, and results orientation.

Enjoys teamwork and continuous learning.
