• Advanced English language proficiency is required for the role.

Technical Skills (Must-haves):

• 5+ years of experience in computer vision / machine learning engineering
• Strong background in training and fine-tuning open-source CV models (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace, OpenMMLab)
• Hands-on experience deploying and serving models in production environments (e.g., Triton Inference Server, TorchServe, FastAPI)
• Solid coding skills in Python
• Experience with computer vision/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV)

Technical Skills (nice to have):

• Experience with video data processing, streaming, or large-scale video analytics
• Exposure to Vision-Language Models (e.g., CLIP, BLIP, LLaVA, Flamingo)
• Familiarity with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Weights & Biases)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Soft Skills:

• Strong collaboration and communication skills, working closely with engineers, data scientists, and product teams
• Curiosity and continuous learning mindset, staying up to date with the latest CV and AI research
• Ownership and accountability for delivering scalable, high-impact solutions
• Adaptability to dynamic and fast-paced environments
