Role Overview
As Full-Stack Developer you’ll be working on CommuSync Talent Portal and HRaaS integrations. You’ll build core features in the Employer Dashboard including recruitment, payroll, and compliance modules.

What You’ll Do

• Develop frontend (React, Tailwind) & backend (Node.js/Python) features
• Write and consume REST/GraphQL APIs
• Integrate payment gateways and third-party APIs
• Debug and optimize code for performance
• Collaborate with design & QA teams

Who We're Looking For

• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JWT/OAuth authentication
• Familiarity with Git, Postman, Docker
• Problem-solving and independent working ability

Bonus Skills

• Real-time features (WebSockets, Redis queues)
• Experience in SaaS HR tools
