🌟 What You’ll Do

You’ll be the driving force behind our first real product. Expect meaningful responsibility, creative freedom, and a seat at the table for every major technical decision.

Frontend (Flutter)

• Build a polished, cross‑platform mobile experience using Flutter
  
• Implement smooth UI/UX, animations, and responsive layouts
  
• Own the mobile architecture and help define best practices
  

Backend (Node.js / Express.js)

• Develop scalable, secure REST APIs
  
• Architect backend services that can grow with the product
  
• Integrate authentication, user flows, and real‑time features
  

Database (MongoDB)

• Design efficient schemas and data models
  
• Optimize queries and ensure high performance
  
• Implement best practices for data integrity and security
  

Product & Strategy

• Collaborate directly with founders on feature planning
  
• Influence product roadmap and technical direction
  
• Help shape the long-term engineering culture
  

🧠 What You Bring

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with:
  
  • Flutter
    
  • Node.js & Express.js
    
  • MongoDB
    
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  
• A collaborative mindset — you enjoy building with others, not just for others
  
• Startup-friendly attitude: adaptable, proactive, and excited by ownership
  

⭐ Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have)

• Experience with Firebase and GOC
  
• Familiarity with state management tools like Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod
  
• Experience building MVPs or working in early-stage startups
