The Opportunity

As our Senior Core Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic growth and operational efficiency of Directions Credit Union. This position is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of credit union operations, a passion for process improvement, and strong technical expertise. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and Improve Business Processes: Dive deep into our workflows, gathering data and insights to uncover inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities for enhancement.
