We are developing OBPARK, an AI-powered AR/MR indoor parking navigation system designed to help users find parking spaces and navigate complex indoor parking environments with ease.

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate AR Developer to help build OBPARK's augmented reality navigation experience for iOS and Android. You will work on AR-based indoor navigation, spatial mapping, 3D guidance, and real-world localization to create an intuitive parking experience.

This role is ideal for someone excited about solving real-world navigation challenges using augmented reality and spatial computing.

Key Responsibilities

Develop AR-based indoor navigation experiences for parking facilities.

Build and integrate AR features using ARKit, ARCore, Unity, or similar frameworks.

Implement 3D arrows, directional indicators, waypoint guidance, and real-time navigation overlays.

Work on spatial mapping, localization, tracking, and coordinate alignment.

Integrate AR navigation with mapping systems, backend APIs, and parking-space data.

Optimize AR performance, tracking stability, and rendering on mobile devices.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers, mobile developers, backend engineers, and 3D artists.

Test and troubleshoot AR experiences in real-world indoor environments.

Contribute to technical research, prototyping, and product development.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with augmented reality development.

Knowledge of ARKit, ARCore, Unity AR Foundation, or equivalent technologies.

Proficiency in Swift, Kotlin, C#, or another relevant development language.

Understanding of 3D coordinate systems, transforms, vectors, and spatial positioning.

Experience working with 3D assets, animations, and real-time rendering.

Familiarity with REST APIs, mobile app integration, and debugging.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to build working prototypes.

Good to Have

Experience with indoor navigation, visual positioning, SLAM, or spatial mapping.

Knowledge of LiDAR, depth sensing, VPS, or visual-inertial odometry.

Experience with ARCore Geospatial API, ARKit, RealityKit, or Unity.

Familiarity with AI-powered applications, computer vision, or digital twins.

Experience developing cross-platform AR applications for iOS and Android.

A portfolio of AR applications, prototypes, GitHub projects, or technical demos.
